Your order will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive an order confirmation indicating the sending date of your order. However, it is possible that the order processing department is waiting for information in order to be able to determine the sending date, in which case you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been considered but that the order confirmation is not yet available.

The lead time is 2 weeks for standard items in stock, and 4 to 8 weeks for standard items not in stock.

No, the country of the delivery address must correspond to the country of the billing address.

The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the order is available for collection.

The certificate of conformity is sent to you systematically for each batch number in your order.

Any request for a certificate other than the certificate of conformity (irradiation certificate, etc.) must be made on the PO. Only the certificate of conformity is included in the overall price of the item. Other certificates are subject to an additional charge.

It is possible to order a non-standard item. This request must be made by e-mail to your usual sales contact. Ther commercial department will then provide you with a price quotation valid for 2 months, together with the terms and conditions of sale relating to the non-standard item requested.

You can pay directly for your order but you can also continue to benefit from the usual payment terms if you have an account with Aseptic Technologies. If you do not yet have an account with Aseptic Technologies and you are placing your first order, then payment in full before sending is required for this first order only.
